Welcome to “my mathematical side”. I am Intan Muchtadi-Alamsyah.
I obtained my first degree from Department of Mathematics, Bandung Institute of Technology under supervisor Professor Hendra Gunawan. Then I obtained my master degree from Department of Mathematics, Bandung Institute of Technology, under supervisor the late Professor Ahmad Arifin and also the DEA (Diplome d’Etudes Approfondies) from the Faculté de Mathématiques et d’Informatique, Université de Picardie, France, under supervisor Prof. Alexander Zimmermann.
I obtained my doctoral degree at the Faculté de Mathématiques et d’Informatique, Université de Picardie France in 2004. My thesis was on “Endomorphismes de complexes déterminés par leurs homologies.” under supervisor Prof. Alexander Zimmermann.
My areas of interest are Associative rings and algebras, Representation theory of rings and algebras, Homological algebra, Abelian categories, in particular derived categories and triangulated categories. Beside that I also interest in the use of algebraic structures in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry and Cryptography. See my publications and my Google Scholar results.
I am currently a lecturer-researcher on Mathematics at Bandung Institute of Technology. I am a member of Algebra Research Group at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. For more information, see my (academic) Family Tree or my CV.
